How can I determine if the monitoring is functioning properly while wearing MEMO Patch?

At the center of the patch on the power supply section, there is a button used for recording symptoms. Press and hold the button for one second. If the LED light blinks in green, it indicates that the device is functioning properly.

What should I do if I’m experiencing palpitation, nausea, or vomit?

Please record the symptoms and the time of their occurrence. To record the symptoms, press the button located on the power supply section of the patch. If there is any difficulty pressing the button, please record them via the KakaoTalk chatbot or write them down in the note. (The recording button and power button are the same.)

I forgot to record the symptoms. What should I do?

Write down your symptoms and the time of their occurence in the note. Please submit the written notes to the medical staff when handing in MEMO Patch.

I’m having trouble pairing the device with my smartphone. What should I do?

Make sure your smartphone’s Bluetooth is activated and try again. Also, please check if your smartphone is turned on.

The ECG signal displayed in the app appears to be abnormal. What should I do?

Adjust the position of the patch and check the signal again.

How can I add and manage users on the MEMO Care website?

Please log in to the MEMO Care website and select the button next to the logged-in name. Then select the Manage Users button to add a user.

How can I change the password on the MEMO Care website?

Please log in to the MEMO Care website and select the button next to the logged-in name. Then select the Password button to change the password.

Can an individual purchase MEMO Patch?

MEMO Patch is a medical device that requires a prescription from a hospital. Individuals can use the device after receiving a diagnosis from a medical institution and obtaining a prescription for the device.
